VR Transpoint has sold its shareholdings in the Polish, Czech and Slovakian companies of Transpoint International Group. The shares have been sold as part of a management buyout transaction to the local management.

Transpoint International Group manages the international transportations of VR Transpoint. It offers groupage, part load and full truck load transportation services between Finland and Russia, the Baltic countries and Central Eastern European countries.

VR Group is an environmentally-friendly and responsible travel, logistics and infrastructure construction service company. VR Group provides employment for 12, 000 professionals in Finland and ten European countries.
